He is only surpassed by Nappa and Shenron. He is the weakest of the dragon sac 3, which is lead by Nappa. Nappa and Shenron need Mr. Popo because he can only summon Shenron. When the Three of them Fuse, Thay makes Universe Nappa.
Mr.Popo is a psycotic basterd.Somestimes he laughs for no reason, and he killed Kame. When he first meet Goku, he molested him and got him scarred for life. When he trained Krillen and the others in the saiyan saga, he raped them all and threw them into harsh training. When the Frieza saga began, he raped bulma, used the stone dragon balls and turned them into dragon balls, then wished Napppa back to life. Nappa was then hidden in the tower, nurtiurded by Mr.Popo. Mr.Popo took Majin Buu out of the hyperbolic time chamber and taught him how to absorb. Mr.Popo gave AIDS to ALOT of people. Alot of people.
